Product Manager
Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research to generate product requirements and determine customers' needs and desires.
- Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of competitive products and perform technical analysis.
- Leverage data analytics to make decisions and prioritize stories in the product backlog.
- Create and monitor success metrics to analyze product performance.
- Drive product launches and collaborate with various teams for timely feature delivery.
- Define product strategy, develop wireframes, and draft mocks to guide the product development process.
- Analyze market competition data to create products that surpass current industry standards.
- Prioritize features, plan sprints effectively, and create detailed product strategy documents.
- Generate leads, visit customers, and work on increasing user growth, revenues, and retention rate.
- Conduct product testing and launch in collaboration with functional teams.
- Liaise with advertising agencies for product campaigns and communication strategies.
- Establish a shared vision across the company, build consensus on priorities, and lead product execution.
- Provide specifications for design and development, ensuring high-quality products are delivered on time.
- Drive product strategies consistent with the company's vision and goals.
Requirements:
- At least 8+ years of overall experience with a minimum of 5 years in relevant product management.
- Hands-on experience with Java full-stack technologies and delivering enterprise-scale products.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, business Master's degree preferred.
- Proven ability to create wireframes, mocks, and lead multiple complex projects concurrently.
- Strong analytical, data-driven mindset with proficiency in data analysis tools.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and team leadership skills.
- Ability to work in an agile environment, collaborate with stakeholders, and drive sustainable user growth.
- Proficiency in Excel, Visio, and Power BI, with experience in product marketing strategies.
