Job Description

Ideate and manage high impact projects which increase user safety and/or improve user experience, in partnership with cross-functional stakeholders such as Engineering, Product, Legal, Policy, Sales and other Trust and Safety teams.
Perform investigative fraud and abuse analysis, producing actionable insights and recommendations.
Identify opportunities for new signals, automation, workflow improvements and operational efficiency gains. Subsequently drive solutions/projects to completion.
Take part in the regular on-call coverage rotation to resolve sensitive issues and escalations.
Mentor and provide guidance to team members.

Minimum qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
7 years of experience in data analytics, trust and safety, policy, cybersecurity, or related fields.

Preferred qualifications:

Experience in roles related to business analysis, statistical analysis or Machine Learning.
Experience in SQL, building dashboards, data collection/transformation, visualization/dashboards, or a scripting/programming language (e.g., Python).
Experience in process/project management, with the ability to navigate and influence cross-team stakeholders.
Ability to solve large unstructured business problems in fraud investigations and risk management space.
Excellent problem solving skills, with the ability to process high amounts of data to drive business strategies and decisions.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
7 years of experience in data analytics, trust and safety, policy, cybersecurity, or related fields.
