Summary:

We’re looking for an experienced, technical, people leader as a Engineering Manager to lead and grow our HCM Payroll engineering teams in India.

Our team’s focus is Oracle-NetSuite's HCM Payroll product. We enable our customers to pay the right amount at the right time to their employees.

Your qualifications & skills

University Degree or College Diploma in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
10+ years of software development experience in a technical capacity (e.g. Software Developer, Software Engineer in Test).
Strong interpersonal and communication skills required.
Knowledge of agile methods and experience in an agile team required.
3+ years leadership experience and managing engineers is preferred.
You have built and managed high performing engineering teams and hired top class engineers.
Demonstrated ability to attract/recruit/retain external talent and be a coach and employee champion.
Strategic thinker with the ability to move and act at the operational and tactical levels when required.

Nice to haves:

Experience in Finance/ U.S Payroll domain.
Good understanding of software architecture, and networking concepts.
Experience leading organizational change, including engaging stakeholders.
Familiarity with data privacy and protection legislature such as GDPR.d debugs software programs for databases, applications, tools, networks etc.
