Responsibilities
Design, develop, and implement Pega solutions to meet business requirements
Collaborate with BA to gather and analyze requirements
Translate business requirements into technical specifications
Perform unit testing and support system testing and user acceptance testing
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members
Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Pega applications
Requirements
Minimum of 7+ years of hands on experience in Pega application development, with at least 3 years as a Senior System Architect capacity.
Pega Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA) certification is required
3+ years experience on work flow Case management
Hands on experience with Pega constellation UI development (Infinity 23, 24.x)
Hands on experience with Integration (REST, SOAP, Webservice)
Hands on experience with background processing (Job Schedular , Queue Processor)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Experience with Agile/Scrum methodology
Core working hours will overlap with EST morning 1pm IST to 11pm IST
