Your Role

Process Mapping Specialist’ is responsible for developing detailed process maps and flowcharts to visualize and document business processes. They collaborate with various departments to gather information, identify inefficiencies, and recommend improvements. The role involves ensuring process maps align with business goals and compliance standards, integrating tools like Box to enhance efficiency, and providing training on process mapping best practices. Candidates should have a relevant certification, experience in process mapping, strong analytical skills, and proficiency in mapping tools.

In this role you will play a key role in:

A. Develop detailed process maps and flowcharts to visualize and document business processes in collaboration with various experts to gather information and understand process requirements.

B. Identify inefficiencies and bottlenecks within existing processes and recommend improvements.

C. Ensure that all process maps align with business goals and compliance standards.

D. Integrate Box and other tools to enhance process efficiency and collaboration.

E. Conduct regular reviews and updates of process maps to reflect changes and improvements.

F. Provide training and support to teams on process mapping tools and best practices.

G. Maintain high standards of data security and confidentiality in all process documentation KPIs for this role are

• Process Efficiency: Measure the time taken to complete mapped processes and identify improvements in efficiency.

• Stakeholder Satisfaction: Collect feedback from stakeholders on the clarity and usefulness of process maps.

• Integration Success: Track the successful integration of Box and other tools into the mapped processes.

• Documentation Accuracy: Ensure that all process documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and easily accessible.

YOUR PROFILE

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree.

• Proven experience in process mapping and optimization, preferably in the BPO industry.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Proficiency in using process mapping tools such as Visio, Business Optix or similar software.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Knowledge of Box and other content management systems is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification in process mapping or business process management.

• Experience with Lean Six Sigma or other process improvement methodologies.

• Familiarity with industry-specific compliance standards and regulations.
