About the Role
Lead - Delivery for HR is one of the critical role in the technology team and the person working in this team will be responsible for developing & supporting Oracle Fusion HR platform within the organisation.
Candidate is responsible to provide consultation and strategic recommendations by quickly assessing and remediating complex business problems. Lead - Delivery HR will dive head-first into creating or applying innovative solutions and techniques using the Oracle Fusion HR platform.
Key Responsibilities
Leading the HR Technology vertical and responsible for Implementation, Delivery and Execution of technological components.
Leading the Oracle Fusion HR team for supporting the day to day activities and executing the Compensation, Absence, Goals Management, Performance processes within cloud for the organization.
Developing & Integrating components within Oracle Fusion HR.
Working with various stakeholders from Learning project, Recruitment project and others for efficient and timely project delivery. Creating project roadmaps and plans for end to end delivery and integration.
Providing guidance & support to teams for developing & supporting Mobile Apps based on ReactJS, React Native, open source platforms.
Experience & Skills
Skills Required :
Should be well versed with Oracle Fusion HR platform with Techno-Functional knowledge on - Core HR, Compensation, Talent, Absence Reporting modules and trouble shoot problems for resolution.
Strong Technical knowledge on Reporting, BIP, Fast Formulas (Compensation, Absence) & Security.
Preferable (*not mandatory) experience on exposure towards ORC, Recruitment module, Learning module.
Qualification: B.Tech./MCA, BCA in Computer Science or equivalent
