About the team
At FCD, we are currently a team of 2 Area Managers, 4 Team Leads and 10 Process Assistants. FCD process typically starts from picking up a unit from bin (shelving area) when an order is attached to Fulfillment Centre (FC). This is followed by packing of the shipment units in specific process paths using the recommended carton/box/paper mailers along with p-slip and then it is slammed where shipment label is affixed to the shipment. Thereafter it is sent to FC Dock for shipping it from FC to Sort Centre (SC)/Last Mile (LM).- 1+ years of customer-facing environment, warehousing, logistics or manufacturing experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Speak, write, and read fluently in English
- Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
- Experience with Excel
