The Assoc-Digital Product Management role is responsible for ensuring every automation is thoroughly tested, validated, and production-ready. This role is critical in maintaining operational stability and minimizing disruption as new and enhanced automations move into production.

You’ll partner with Technology, Delivery, and Operations teams to perform end-to-end testing, validate production readiness requirements, and identify issues early in the lifecycle. You’ll play a key role in maintaining quality standards that support both traditional automation models (BPMN, RPA) and emerging agentic capabilities.

Key Responsibilities but not limited to:

Request, prepare, and execute test documentation for new and updated automations.

Conduct End-to-End (E2) and End-to-End Extended (E3) testing for automation solutions prior to deployment.

Test and validate that all production readiness requirements are met before go-live, including business controls, alerting, and monitoring configurations.

Ensure the automations meet both functional and non-functional requirements.

Execute negative path testing to ensure resilience and proper error handling.

Collaborate with Technology and Delivery teams to triage and track issues discovered during testing.

Provide validation and post-release support for automation and platform changes.

Document test results, defects, and provide sign-off recommendations for production releases.

Contribute to continuous improvement of automation quality assurance and testing processes.

What You Bring

Minimum Qualifications:

Excellent problem solving and troubleshooting skills.

Ability to manage and complete multiple tasks within specified timeframes.

Effective written and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to share information with both technical and non-technical partners.

An ability to demonstrate adaptability and flexibility with the ability to remain calm under pressure.

Experience with testing methodologies, including regression, integration, and negative path testing.

Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills.

Comfort working in fast-paced, cross-functional environments bridging business and technology.

Preferred Qualifications:

2–4 years of experience in quality assurance, testing, or automation delivery.

Familiarity with automation technologies such as RPA, BPMN, or workflow orchestration platforms.

Curiosity about emerging automation technologies, including AI and agentic frameworks.
