How will you make an impact in this role?

As an Associate, Talent Acquisition Partner, you will play a critical role in attracting and hiring top talent to support business growth and strategic priorities. You will partner closely with recruiters, hiring leaders, and CEG colleagues to deliver a seamless, high-quality recruitment experience while ensuring efficiency, compliance, and a strong candidate brand.

In this role, you will:

Support end-to-end recruitment activities across assigned business units, ensuring timely and high-quality hiring outcomes
Partner with Talent Acquisition Partners and Hiring Leaders to understand workforce needs and build effective sourcing strategies
Proactively source and engage diverse talent through multiple channels, including internal databases, job boards, social platforms, referrals, and talent pipelines
Conduct candidate screening, initial assessments, and interview coordination to ensure alignment with role requirements and organizational values
Deliver an exceptional candidate experience through clear communication, timely updates, and professional engagement
Leverage data and recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, quality-of-hire, pipeline health) to identify insights and drive continuous improvement
Ensure compliance with company policies, employment laws, and hiring governance standards
Contribute to employer branding initiatives, campus programs, and talent market mapping efforts
Support inclusion hiring initiatives by fostering inclusive sourcing and selection practices

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
1–3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition
Experience supporting full-cycle recruitment or key stages of the hiring process (sourcing, screening, interview coordination)
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency with sourcing tools (e.g., Naukri & LinkedIn Recruiter)
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
