ServiceNow Project Manager

Your role
- Lead ServiceNow projects from requirements gathering through deployment.
- Define project scope, timelines, budgets, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and internal teams.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including developers, analysts, and testers.
- Assign tasks, monitor progress, and ensure timely delivery.
- Ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices and ITIL frameworks.
- Track project outcomes, identify risks, and escalate issues as needed.
- Deliver project documentation and post-implementation reviews.
Your profile
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow modules (e.g., ITSM, ITOM, ITAM,HRSD).
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (mandatory).
- Experience managing IT or ServiceNow projects
- PMP, PRINCE2, or Scrum Master certification preferred
