Your Role

Design, develop, and execute performance, load, and stress tests using LoadRunner and JMeter.
Analyze system behavior under peak load, concurrent usage, and endurance conditions.
Create performance test scripts, scenarios, and execution plans for web, API, and backend applications.
Identify performance bottlenecks by analyzing metrics such as response time, throughput, CPU, memory, and database utilization.
Collaborate with developers, architects, and DevOps teams to tune application performance.
Conduct performance baseline tests and generate detailed performance reports.

Your Profile

6+ years of experience in Performance Testing using LoadRunner and JMeter.
Strong hands‑on expertise in test scripting, scenario creation, and workload modeling.
Solid understanding of performance testing types: Load, Stress, Spike, Endurance, Scalability.
Experience analyzing logs, system metrics, and APM dashboards.
Strong understanding of HTTP, APIs, web technologies, databases, and system architecture.
Working knowledge of CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Git, and automation‑friendly ecosystems.
