This is an entry-level role ideal for freshers or those with up to 1 year of experience looking to start their career in fintech sales.</span></h3> <h3><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><strong>Roles and Responsibilities</strong></span></h3> <ul> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Call inbound and outbound leads to understand their business details.</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Qualify leads based on criteria like business type, turnover, GST, etc.</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Use a lead scoring sheet provided by the sales team.</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Update lead status and notes in CRM or Google Sheets.</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Tag leads as hot, disqualified, or nurture based on outcomes.</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Schedule product demos or RM calls for qualified leads.</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Coordinate closely with the Sales/BD team for smooth handovers.</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Follow up with unresponsive leads via email or WhatsApp.</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Give a high-level pitch of products like current accounts, credit lines, payouts, etc.</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Answer basic queries using a pre-approved FAQ guide.</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Share daily/weekly reports on - Calls made, Leads qualified, Leads handed over, Drop-off reasons. </span><br><br></li> </ul> <h3><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><strong>Skills and Qualifications</strong></span></h3> <ul> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">0–1 year of experience in sales, inside sales, BPO, or customer support</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Internship experience in BFSI/startups is a bonus</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;
