On the Job
4+ years of experience working in a partnerships & sales team in front facing roles
Have a strong brands network in India and actively worked in the consumer brands space
Ability to develop relationships, negotiate, coordinate and problem solve with brands
Hands on experience with sales, or business development
Must-haves (Min. qualifications)
Work closely with the product team to build an advertisement business
Identify and reach out to brands relevant for our users to build partnerships
Represent Fam to partners and ensure a smooth experience from pitch to delivery
Negotiate and finalize deals with brands and take ownership of deliverables
Understand brand goals and design campaigns that align with their objectives
End-to-end ownership of campaigns by coordinating with internal teams across product, legal, design, marketing, data analytics, finance and operations
