Job Description

Define projects and partner with cross-functional teams to manage projects and run operations.
Support business performance. Identify drivers and growth levers.
Develop advocacy for initiatives and align support from cross functional peers and leaders.
Communicate to executive leadership and lead discussions of strategic topics.
Evaluate the success of the service strategy, including roles, workflows, incentives, customer segments, tools, and headcount allocation.

Minimum qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
4 years of experience in management consulting firm or equivalent project management experience in a strategy function for software, Internet, media industries or early stage companies.
Experience leading operational and cross-functional initiatives.

Preferred qualifications:

Experience in Operations and Internet or Online Media.
Experience managing stakeholders and leading executive conversations, both internal and external.
Excellent project management, problem solving/analysis, written/verbal communication and people management skills.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
