Job Description

Build and mentor a team of HR Engineering (HRE) Product Managers, fostering product development.
Establish a multi-year direction and road-map for new AI-powered HR products, aligning with leadership.
Serve as the central product leader for the AI Garage, aligning teams like Business, Engineering, and HR.
Manage the entire product life-cycle from concept to adoption for the AI HR portfolio, establishing success metrics and delivering improvements in Googler productivity and organizational efficiency.
Advocate the potential of Agentic and Generative AI across the organization, serving as the domain expert and representative for AI within HR.

Minimum qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
10 years of experience in product management or related technical role.
5 years of experience taking technical products from conception to launch.
Experience working with cross-functional teams (e.g., Engineering, UX/UI, Program Management, etc.).

Preferred qualifications:

Master's degree in a technology or business related field.
Experience driving elements of the product development life-cycle such as product outlook, go-to-market strategy, driving requirements, and product launch.
Experience in a role preparing and delivering technical presentations to the leadership.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
10 years of experience in product management or related technical role.
5 years of experience taking technical products from conception to launch.
Experience working with cross-functional teams (e.g., Engineering, UX/UI, Program Management, etc.).
