Job Title: Lead ServiceNow Developer
Tier : Tier 2/Senior lead software Engineer
We are seeking an experienced Lead ServiceNow Engineer to drive role and persona management initiatives within the NT environment. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in ServiceNow, specifically in role analysis and persona management. This role will be responsible for analyzing existing roles, defining personas, and creating a framework to manage and govern user assignments effectively.
Responsibilities:
Lead ServiceNow initiatives, ensuring successful implementation and management.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and define project requirements.
Develop and implement ServiceNow solutions to meet business needs.
Provide technical leadership and guidance to the team.
Manage system configurations and ensure alignment with best practices.
Maintain ServiceNow modules and ensure system stability and performance.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
7+ years of experience working with ServiceNow, including extensive experience in role and persona management.
Proven track record of leading role analysis projects, including validation and definition of role requirements.
Experience in performing gap analysis and creating role/persona frameworks.
Strong knowledge of ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITBM, HRSD, and SecOps.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to managing role/persona discrepancies.
Preferred Qualifications:
ServiceNow Certifications
Experience with ITIL processes and best practices.
Project Management experience, particularly in Agile environments.
