Your Role

Lead, mentor, and manage the network team to ensure high performance and collaboration with multiple stakeholder
Design & implement LAN, WAN, VPN, firewalls, and wireless networks.
Implement and monitor network security measures; ensure compliance with standards like ISO and GDPR.
Oversee troubleshooting and resolution of complex network issues to minimize downtime & lead network-related projects, ensuring timely delivery within budget and scope.
Familiarity with cloud security (AWS/Azure firewalls, cloud-native security tools).

Your Profile

12-18 years of experience in designing, deploying, and managing Network enterprise Datacenter
Monitoring & performance optimization in utilizing tools like SolarWinds, Wireshark, and Cisco NMS to proactively monitor and enhance network performance.
Design and implement secure network architectures including firewalls, VPNs, IDS/IPS, firewall policies, security roles and segmentation.
Work closely with IT leadership, business units, and external vendors to align network strategies with organizational goals.
Perform firewall audits, log analysis, and threat monitoring to mitigate security risks.
