Your role

We are seeking a talented and driven Paid Social Media & Digital Advertising Specialist to join our marketing team

In this role you will play key role in

- Campaign Management: Handle and optimize campaigns on Google Ad Manager, Meta Ads, and other digital platforms.
- Programmatic Advertising: Execute, monitor, and troubleshoot programmatic campaigns across DSPs and ad exchanges.
- Reporting & Analysis: Generate pacing reports, performance reports, and interpret data to provide actionable insights.
- Optimization: Implement strategies to improve campaign efficiency, ROI, and overall performance.
- Stakeholder Communication: Present performance reports and recommendations to internal teams and clients.
- Industry Awareness: Stay updated on digital advertising trends, platform updates, and best practices.
- Mock Deck Presentation : Prepare a post-launch screenshot deck to provide visibility to the client.
Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with different teams to ensure seamless campaign execution and alignment with client objectives.

Your Role

3–4 years of experience in digital marketing with strong programmatic expertise.
Proven experience handling Meta Ads and Google Ad Manager campaigns.
Advanced knowledge of Google Ad Manager and familiarity with DSPs and ad exchanges.
Proficiency in programmatic troubleshooting, campaign optimization, and reporting.
Strong analytical skills and familiarity with ad tech tools like DV360, Google Analytics.
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
