How will you make an impact in this role?

The Analyst would be responsible for assisting the sales and account development teams in their B2B/ Goods & Services sales journey. The incumbent would be a consultative partner providing data driven insights to help identify best fit payment solutions and recommend strategic improvement actions. Responsibilities:

Create and drive data driven strategies for aggregated accounts-payable analytics that enable GCS field teams and leadership to drive Goods & Services (G&S) spend.
Leverage SQL, Python, Tableau and similar tools to generate actionable insights
Develop and deploy analytical solutions by identifying trends, synthesizing complex datasets, and creating clear, compelling visualizations and data stories.
Address both long-term analytical needs and rapid-turnaround requests with accuracy and efficiency.
Partner with stakeholders to deeply understand business goals, customer needs, and operational challenges.
Identify innovative ways to utilize existing data assets and analytical capabilities to meet evolving business requirements.
Own project delivery from scoping through execution, ensuring strong project prioritization, milestone tracking, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
Provide consistent updates, surface insights, and ensure deliverables meet agreed timelines and quality expectations.
Influence cross-functional decision-making by presenting data-backed recommendations in a clear, business-friendly manner.
Deep understanding of Risk & Compliance frameworks, enabling proactive risk identification and the execution of mitigation strategies that uplift process controls and operational effectiveness.

Minimum Qualifications

Seasoned Professional with 4-6 years of experience in data analytics, visualization, and storytelling
4 + years of hands-on experience using SQL, Hive, Python and working with APIs to extract, transform and analyze complex datasets.
Ability to work with large, complex and multi-source datasets, leveraging analytical techniques to uncover trends and drive business insights
Strong understanding of B2B ecosystems, with exposure to B2B payments; experience with procurement and/or accounts payable/receivable data is strongly preferred.
Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree in Analytics, Finance, Commerce, Statistics, Business, or a related quantitative field is preferred.

Preferred Qualification

Excellent in data analytics including programming (Python, LUMI) and insights. Knowledge of Gen AI & advanced statistics is preferred.
Proactive, self-starter with excellent stakeholder engagement skills and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage, influence, and inspire partners and stakeholders to drive collaboration and alignment
